Atmosphere: Hamden Panera Bread is one of the largest Panera’s I’ve been to. It’s always packed, so it’s hard to find seats inside, but there’s a patio outside.
Food: I tried a few things. The cinnamon crunch bagels are delicious. The apple muffin is good. I’ve tasted my friend’s the Black Bean soup, which was surprisingly good, especially when I normally don’t like black bean soup too. I’ve drank the fresh lemonade, frozen mocha, and fruit smoothie, chai latte, which is really good too.
Service: It’s one of the busier Panera Breads so sometimes they do take longer. But there is a square buzzer that you take with you until your order is ready, in which it vibrates and lights up.

Check out the rest of the reviews, and like My Goal in Life is to Hit Every Panera Bread in the World Sometimes we will meet, (I’ll post events when we get enough likes).
In addition, I signed up for the free MyPanera card (which is like a shopping card) and keep getting free food and drinks! I’ve had several beverages, bagels and pastries for free without minimal purchases, just random. You do get a gift for your birthday each year.
