Location: 850 Bridgeport Ave Shelton, CT 06484
Price: $$
Atmosphere: Shelton Panera Bread is small to medium sized but has separated area in the back and comfy couches.
Food: They had pizzas that were very pricy for the small size, when I went there back in 2007, but it was very delicious. Unfortunately, I don’t think they serve pizza anymore as it’s no longer on Panera Bread menus.
The free samples were very delicious. We also devoured the pastry pie, as you can see in the pic below, (which had separate “pie pieces” with cherry filling, cheesecake filling and apple filling and I devoured the Frozen Caramel (which I don’t think exists anymore, but Frozen Mocha is as delicious).
Service: They serve you at your table, but no tip is required.

In addition, I signed up for the free MyPanera card (which is like a shopping card) and keep getting free food and drinks! I’ve had several beverages, bagels and pastries for free without minimal purchases, just random. You do get a gift for your birthday each year.
